Sports & Hobbies

I consider myself an athlete, starting at a young age, having grown up on soccer, tennis, and swim team. Present day, I still enjoy my sports although less competitive now and more for the love of movement. More recently, I've been diving into the science of the mind and body, connecting the two and looking at the body from a holistic approach across all organs and bodily processes. I've grown fascinated by the lymphatic system, nervous system, somatic system, fascia, and mitochondrial function for cellular health. When not playing on teams, I'm biohacking, regulating, and practicing mindfulness through the power of breathwork, meditation, and spiritual rituals.

Tennis

I started tennis at a young age, playing in tournaments, and later in life working with a coach to fine-tune my serve, return and overall play.

Pickleball

A new love of mine, I'm learning the craft behind pickleball and enjoying the challenge of transferring my tennis skills onto a different court with different rules and strategy.

Sand Volleyball

Also a new love of mine that I'm now making the time for, sand volleyball is a whole new ball game for me where agility, communication, and foot work is more pivotal in play.

Functional Wellness

I retired fast paced bootcamps and HIITs for slow and controlled mobility training, physical therapy, and strength conditioning, with more focused attention on balance, foot and ankle strength, and movement that moves your lymph and supports your nervous system.
